My Music Workshop provides online music lessons and instruction, as a subscription service, that allows its members to access content over the internet on computers, tablets, mobile phones or other devices.
By using My Music Workshop’s website and any associated apps to access its content, you agree and accept the terms and provision of this agreement.
In addition, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted and modified from time to time in Terms of Use (or similar title). The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

1. Membership and Billing
At the end of your free trial, your payment account on file will be charged the amount for the plan you have selected, plus any applicable taxes. Your subscription will continue, and your payment account will be charged automatically each month or each year until you cancel. If you cancel before the end of the trial period, you will not be charged. You can cancel any time by visiting ‘your account,’ and you will not be billed starting at your next billing cycle/renewal term. At the end of the billing cycle in which you cancelled you will no longer have access to the sites’ member only contents. Cancellations made after the trial period will be charged for one billing period and the subscription and billing will end at the end of the billing term (month or year).
Payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds given for unused memberships, partially used memberships or membership periods. We may provide a refund, prorated membership, discount or other credit at any time, for any reason, to some of our members if deemed appropriate.
2. Digital Access/Internet Quality
We make no claim to the streaming quality of the videos on the service. Internet stability and connection can vary and at times content may load more quickly, or slowly depending on the device, internet connection, browser, or operating system.
3. License to use
By becoming a member, permission is granted to access one copy of the materials on My Music Workshop’s website for personal, non-commercial use only. Each membership may be used by one household. User credentials and membership information may not be transferred to others for use, if not part of the same household, unless written permission is granted by My Music Workshop.
The materials on the website are under copyright by My Music Workshop and may not be transferred, copied or used for any reason other that stated in these terms.
4. Disclaimer
The materials on My Music Workshop’s website are provided “as is” and “as available”. My Music Workshop makes no warranties, expressed or implied, that the program will be without fault, and provides no warranty of any kind. My Music Workshop does not guarantee or represent that all information on its site is accurate and without error.
5. Limitations
In no event shall My Music Workshop, or any of its affiliates, be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, loss of profit, loss of data or service interruption, arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on My Music Workshop’s website or app.
6. Content and Revisions
My Music Workshop makes no claim as to amount of content that is available on its website. The amount of content may be updated, increased, decreased or changed at any time.
There may be grammatical, musical, technical or other errors and My Music Workshop makes no claims to the accuracy of all materials on the website.

My Music Workshop may revise its terms of use at any time with or without notice. By using My Music Workshop’s website you are agreeing to be bound by the most recent version of the Terms and Conditions of Use.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
These terms and conditions of use shall be governed by the laws of the state of California. Any of these terms do not limit any protections or rights granted to you by your state of residence.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of warranties or limitation of liability of any kind and in those jurisdictions, those limitations or warranties may not apply.

11. Lifetime Subscriptions
Lifetime subscriptions will be available to all members who purchase lifetime memberships while www.mymusicworkshop.com and it's content, is available and active. If My Music Workshop or it's website, www.mymusicworkshop.com becomes inactive, changes ownership, becomes disabled, or otherwise ceases to exist, lifetime subscribers will not be refunded, fully or partially for any unused portion of their membership.
